2.4. Users must not use Telvoip’s services to harass, threaten, or harm others.

2.5. Users must not use Telvoip’s services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

2.6. Users must not use Telvoip’s services to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Telvoip’s services or networks.

 

  1. Fees and Payments

5.1. Telvoip’s services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5.2. Telvoip does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5.3. Telvoip does not warrant that its services will meet users’ specific requirements.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Telvoip’s liability to users is limited to the amount paid by the user for Telvoip’s services.

6.2. Telvoip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from users’ use of Telvoip’s services.

 

  1. Delays and Service Interruptions

7.1. Telvoip strives to provide continuous and reliable service, but users acknowledge that delays and service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond Telvoip’s control (Including but not limited to Force Majeure Events or factors brought about by Network Providers).

7.2. Telvoip is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays or service interruptions.

 

  1. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Telvoip harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from users’ use of Telvoip’s services.

 

  1. Maintenance

9.1. Telvoip may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on its services and networks. 

9.2. Telvoip will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect service availability.

 

  1. Termination

Telvoip may terminate users’ access to its services at any time, with or without cause.

 

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
