Setting up your Telvoip account starts after you book a demo and complete onboarding with the Telvoip team. Once your account is created, you’ll receive login credentials to access the dashboard. From there, you can configure your business profile, add users or extensions, set up call routing rules, and connect any required numbers or integrations. The Telvoip team typically assists with initial configuration to ensure your system is properly optimized before you go live.
After a successful demo and package selection, our team will create your account and send the login credentials to your email. A one-time setup fee of $50 applies and will be charged together with your package fees.
Once you receive your credentials, visit www.telvoip.io and click the “Login” button to access the platform.

In the next window, enter the username and password provided by the Telvoip team, then click “Sign In” to proceed.
After clicking the “Sign In” button, the form will expand, prompting you to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.
Check your email inbox for the OTP, then copy and paste it into the login page to complete the process.


Click “Submit OTP” to complete the sign-in process and access your Telvoip dashboard. If you do not receive the one-time password, click the “Resend OTP” button to have a new code sent to your email.
